The journey towards smarter manufacturing begins with stronger digital design capabilities. In line with this, MIMOS Berhad, through MIMOS Technologies Sdn Bhd (MTSB), is bringing the Digitized Design to Manufacturing Programme (DDTM) 2026 to Malaysian SMEs, supporting businesses in strengthening their digital design and product development capabilities.
The DDTM 2026 programme is conducted through dedicated sessions in Subang Jaya and Penang, providing SMEs with insights into the programme direction, eligibility, application journey, digital design tools, and access to shared services and facilities.

The first session was held on 16 July 2026 at Empire Office, Subang Jaya, followed by the second session on 28 July 2026 at NCER Technology Innovation Centre (NTIC), Bayan Lepas, Penang. Across both sessions, participants were introduced to the DDTM programme and opportunities available to SMEs, including practical insights into AI in SOLIDWORKS for smarter design and faster development, Simulation and Product Data Management (PDM), and MIMOS ITIC shared services and facilities.
The sessions also covered DDTM 2026 programme direction, eligibility, preparation and next steps, giving participating SMEs a clearer understanding of how they can strengthen their design capabilities and move towards greater manufacturing readiness.
Through DDTM 2026, MTSB continues to support Malaysian SMEs in building stronger digital capabilities and leveraging advanced technologies to improve their product development journey.
