Consolidated approach
During the visit to the Industrial Technology Innovation Centre (ITIC), delegates were introduced to Malaysia’s shared technology platforms and advanced laboratory capabilities that support both industry and academia. The session included detailed sharing on key services such as Failure Analysis, Material Analysis, and Reliability Testing, which play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and performance in the semiconductor ecosystem..
In addition to the knowledge-sharing session, delegates were given a guided laboratory tour, providing firsthand exposure to semiconductor-related facilities and equipment. A key highlight of the visit was the demonstration of the SEMTO visual inspection machine, developed in collaboration with IDEAL Vision Integration Sdn Bhd, which integrates MIMOS AI capabilities for electronics and semiconductor applications.
This engagement not only fostered meaningful discussions but also highlighted Malaysia’s growing role in advanced technology and semiconductor development, strengthening opportunities for future international collaboration.
