Parameswaran A/L Ayahoo is a highly experienced professional with over 30 years of expertise across the Electrical & Electronics (E&E), ICT, Oil & Gas, and manufacturing sectors. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Northern University of Malaysia.

Currently the Director of Industry Services at MIMOS Berhad, he plays a key role in driving strategic partnerships, industry engagement, and technology adoption. His career spans leadership positions in organizations such as Motorola, Hewlett-Packard, Ranhill Berhad, and MIMOS, with strong expertise in HR transformation, talent development, and industry-academia collaboration.

At MIMOS, he has been instrumental in expanding industry outreach, promoting innovation, and leading initiatives in upskilling and reskilling aligned with Industry 4.0 and national digital transformation, bringing strong leadership and a people-centric approach to advancing MIMOS Academy.
