Rohana Musa is a seasoned engineer with over 20 years of experience in Analog Integrated Circuit (IC) design, sensor interfaces, and power electronics. A graduate of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (B.Eng in Electrical Engineering, 2002), she began her career in electrical system design before joining MIMOS Berhad in 2003.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated strong expertise in technical governance, documentation integrity, and compliance alignment. Her achievements include multiple silicon-proven IP designs and functional prototypes delivered under rigorous quality controls.

With deep experience in design accountability, process documentation, and regulatory compliance, Rohana brings the technical rigor and leadership needed to drive governance, enforce standards, and manage risks across complex multidisciplinary operations at MIMOS Technologies.
